These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Natlo Hair website, waitlist forms, enquiry forms, communication channels, and any related pre-launch digital experiences operated by Natlo Hair, collectively referred to as the "Platform".
By accessing the Platform, submitting your details, joining the waitlist, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Natlo Hair
Natlo Hair ("Natlo", "we", "our", or "us") is building at-home non-surgical hair system care, maintenance, and grooming services.
Natlo may initially launch with men-focused services in Bangalore and may expand its services, locations, categories, and customer segments over time.
The Platform is currently used for pre-launch communication, awareness, enquiries, and waitlist registration. Services, features, pricing, plans, service areas, and timelines shown on the Platform are indicative and may change before or after launch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, submit your details, or join the waitlist.
By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
3. Waitlist and Launch Access
Joining the waitlist only indicates your interest in Natlo's services. It does not create a confirmed booking, purchase, appointment, service commitment, or customer relationship.
Waitlist access does not guarantee service availability, appointment slots, priority booking, launch pricing, offers, discounts, or service timelines.
We may contact waitlisted users in phases based on location, operational readiness, technician availability, service category, and launch capacity.
Natlo may accept, delay, limit, or decline access to services at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
4. Communication Consent
By joining the waitlist, submitting an enquiry, or contacting us, you agree that Natlo may contact you through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for launch updates, service information, booking assistance, feedback, and related offers.
You may opt out of marketing communication where applicable. However, we may still send important service-related or account-related communication where necessary.
5. Service Information, Pricing, and Availability
All information on the Platform is provided for general understanding only.
Service descriptions, plans, prices, launch offers, timelines, benefits, images, examples, and availability shown on the Platform are indicative unless specifically confirmed by Natlo in writing.
Final service details, pricing, appointment terms, payment terms, cancellation rules, refund rules, and service conditions will be shared at the booking or purchase stage.
Natlo may update, modify, pause, remove, or discontinue any service, feature, price, plan, offer, or content at any time.
6. Suitability and Results
Hair systems, maintenance routines, grooming services, and care recommendations may vary from person to person.
Final suitability may depend on factors such as hair loss pattern, existing hair, scalp condition, lifestyle, sweating, maintenance routine, skin sensitivity, product type, fitting method, and technician assessment.
Any images, examples, descriptions, or outcomes shown on the Platform are for general understanding only. Natlo does not guarantee identical results, specific appearance, hold time, durability, comfort level, maintenance frequency, or lifespan based only on website information.
A final recommendation may require consultation, assessment, sample review, or technician evaluation.
7. No Medical Advice
The Platform is for informational and commercial purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical consultation.
Natlo does not claim to treat, cure, or prevent hair loss, scalp conditions, dermatological concerns, or medical conditions.
For medical, scalp-related, dermatological, or health concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
8. User-Submitted Information and Content
You may choose to submit information such as your name, phone number, email address, location, hair-related concerns, preferences, images, or other details through the Platform or our communication channels.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information or content you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.
If you submit images, photos, or other content, you grant Natlo a limited right to use them only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, assessing your request, providing consultation support, improving service quality, or preparing for service delivery.
Natlo will not use your identifiable photos, testimonials, or personal story for public marketing without your separate consent.

Nothing on the Platform grants you any ownership rights in Natlo's intellectual property.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Natlo is not responsible for third-party content, availability, actions, errors, policies, security practices, or service interruptions.

When Natlo opens bookings or starts accepting service requests, additional service-specific terms may apply.
These may include consultation fees, booking confirmation rules, cancellation policies, refund policies, rescheduling terms, service area limits, technician visit protocols, hygiene requirements, payment terms, product care requirements, subscription terms, warranty terms, and after-service support rules.
Such terms will be shared before or at the time of booking, purchase, or service confirmation.
14. Platform Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available and updated, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natlo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natlo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Natlo will not be responsible for losses arising from reliance on indicative website information, delay in launch, change in services, change in pricing, service unavailability, third-party tools, technical issues, or unauthorized misuse of the Platform.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Natlo, its founders, team members, partners, service providers, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights.
18. Changes to These Terms
Natlo may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
